Is there something you love doing that just makes you giddy? That’s how I feel about photography!
My love for photography started as a child in rural Ohio with a little pink camera with old-fashioned roll film. Not long after my 16th birthday, I found myself on the road to Phoenix, AZ with my family in search of a better life. And I am so thankful for this journey as it’s opened my eyes and broadened my horizons in so many ways such that I decided to plant new roots now here in Boise, ID, which seems to be the perfect blend of my childhood and early-adulthood experiences.
As I explore my new home, I find myself looking through a lens as often as I can to grow both as a photographer as a human being just trying to find meaning in this sometimes overwhelming, but awe-inspiring world in which we live. My eye has always been drawn the most to nature and landscapes, but I also love capturing humans in their natural element, especially little ones- they have the most expressive faces!
If there’s anything I’ve learned in this short journey I’ve had thus far, is that life is about living and appreciating the moments we have together and spreading the love from within our hearts while being open to the abundance of opportunities this world provides. One of the best things about photos, is that they capture those moments that we don’t want to forget, those moments that come and go and will never be again.
I hope to share some of my love and passion for life through my lens with you as I continue seeking adventures and finding the beauty that lies within it all.
May you find the beauty and light within and around you~

“What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.”
